Of Street Preachers and Newhall Religion
Article profiling Latin street preacher Jose who does street preaching in the Newhall area. The article is sort of misleading since it assumes that is only Jose and Tony Miano who are the only Christians who are street preaching in the Newhall area. Men from the Master's Seminary and Master's College have been going out street preaching every Saturday morning in the Newhall area for the last five years. That ministry is part of Placerita Baptist Church. Also, Jay Wetger from Placertia Baptist has a team that goes out on Wednesday nights and evangelizes at one of the open air malls in the area near Cal Arts College.
